Yard Sale Find: Chic N' Cheap Boots and Purse

I keep forgetting this other blog of mine. Shame.

Anyway, from now on, I will try to update this blog once a week. I had so many fabulous stuff that I bought from garage/yard sales last summer to be posted here but I've been busy with my other blogs: Straight from Bechay, Kukabildo, Bechay in the Kitchen lately.

Now,  let me share these pretty pair of boots that I bought for $2.00  in mint condition last summer. The purse was $3.00, new with tag which I bought 2 years ago. I forgot that I still had this purse until last Sunday when I looked for my other purse in the closet to pair with the boots. All these years, I thought I've already sent it to the Philippines long time ago.

As you can see in the photo, there are small compartments inside which I didn't like. But I like the letter "B" that comes with it so I decided to pair it with my pretty boots at the church that day :) "B" stands for "Bechay" you know, hehehe!

Thanks for visiting!

Til next time!

Yard Sale Find: Tupperware Serve-it-All set

I've got this elegant tray from a yard sale last August for $1.00 only. I had similar of this back home but I can't remember where it is now.

I so like it because it can be used for many things. It can be used to serve cookies, fruit, crackers and cheese, cake stand, molded salad or desert server, etc. There is a lid on this but I forgot to take picture (I've sent this to the Philippines via LBC balikbayan box already) so I search a photo of the same online. This is what the whole set looks like without box and product card:

I have found out this serve-it-all tray has been considered "vintage" since it's been out in the market in the year 1984 and I've got this info from a vintage online seller which sells this product for $16.00

I got mine for $1.00. How cool is that?

Til next post!

Yard Sale Find: Tupperware Gulaman Molder

I have been looking for this one since I arrived here in the United States because Sweet Gulaman is one of my favorite desserts and I love it when I put it in a molder like this.

Last summer, I was lucky to find one in a garage sales for $1.00 only.

I think I was the luckiest person that day :)
